Payment may be made via PayPal, credit card, check or cash. If paying by credit card, a service fee of 3% will be added.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours advance notice to avoid being billed for the session.
Insurance: I am not currently accepting insurance patients. I am happy to provide you with a paid invoice to submit to your insurer.
